Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 15 business days or more prior to the event (by 5 PM) we will refund 75%* of the amount paid for registration. Cancellations received after the deadline (14 business days or less prior to the event) will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted via phone or email and must be received by the cancellation deadline.

*25% is withheld to offset processing fees.
Registered participants have the option of sending a substitute to attend the event in their place at no additional charge. Notification must be received by 5 PM at least two (2) business days prior to the event via phone or email. Substitutions will not be accepted at the door.
